Inferior CUST SRVC at CMG Glorietta.

We got there, looked at a pair of shoes, asked if they had size 9…

There were one sales lady and one sales man…

We immediately asked the sales lady if they had size 9, right off the bat she told us, “wala na po”. We got surprised, we thought, “how could she tell without even looking for it? Did she have super memory inventory in her head?”. So we asked her nicely, “could you please look for it at least?”, which she didn’t, instead she asked the salesman near the inventory room, as soon as she asked the question “meron ba tau size 9 nito?” the salesman, just like herself, immediately knew the answer! “Wala na.” Upon hearing it, the saleslady approached the counter, which stated the same seemingly fact. (oh my God! They got all the information for each pair of shoes in their head!).

So, we stepped out, but then I decided to go back and asked whether some branches had it..when I got to the counter, there was another salesman (different from the first one), who knew the product, he said, “sir, meron po size 9 nito”. Apparently they had it!

So, they packed up the item, but then the checkout girl at the counter couldn’t make split trasaction (atm + cash) without the manager’s…the girl asked for the manager and said, “mam, split transaction po”, so, the manager swiped off the card, but then when the tool showed some kind of error, she suddenly told us, with an assertive voice, by the way, “bawal balance inquiry”. “What?! We were not trying to make a balance inquiry!”, we thought. So, we informed her, we needed split transaction?

I’d say it was a nightmare, definitely POOR POOR POOR Cust Srvc. They had so much “katamaran” to look for an item and the manager’s lack of probing questions. They almost lost a sale, I’d say.

Had I not went back, there wouldn’t had been the guy who knew the product’s availability and so the sale! Will they just put their sale on “pagkakataon”? Wow!
