it’s supposed to be your all time fave pinoy veggies – talong, okra, kamote served with tempura sauce that has a bagoong twist! 🙂

Anko (tsubu-an) Filipino style, using mongo beans instead of azuki beans. A different anko twist and one-unique-way of enjoying mongo in non-traditional way!

one of my favorites is potato korokke (japanese croquette). i tried cooking it with camote. much tasteful and sweeter and easier to cook. yum. yum.
